CCOC is located inside a historic building in the center of Downtown Clayton. The building draws newcomers, town visitors, business guests, and various event attendees. Investors may provide one electronic ad per year to rotate on our lobby television free of charge for 30 days.
CCOC Meeting Room
Investors may use the CCOC board room free of charge once a month during our business hours. Subject to availability.
Involvement
As a CCOC investor, you have the opportunity to get more involved by serving on a CCOC initiative-based or advocacy committee. Our four initiative-based committees include Education, Workforce Development, Economic Development and Legislative and Governmental Affairs. A seat on these committees are invite only and certain seats are reserved for Mission investors only. However, all investors can serve on an advocacy committee which includes the Ambassador Committee, the Young Professionals (HYPE) Committee, the diversity, equity and inclusion council, and MOB (Men of Business). CCOC also invites investors to participate in its various event taskforces.
CCOC Business of the Month Opportunity
ne investor is recognized each month as CCOC’s business of the month. If selected, you will be featured on social media and will receive an official sign to place at your business during your month. All businesses selected throughout the year will compete for CCOC's Business of the Year award.

If they are and you are an independent contractor for the company, you may apply at this rate. You will be listed separately in our directory for advertising/SEO purposes in the following manner: Broker/Corporate Company Name - Your Name. CCOC offers annual renewals: CCOC will invoice for renewals in December for the following calendar year (not your anniversary month). Therefore, if you apply between February and December, your second-year renewal in January of the following year will be pro-rated accordingly.
